Description
This hotel is located in an area of peace and quiet, surrounded by trees and just a few minutes walk from the sea which guests will see from their room, on the cliffs between Calpe and Altea and close to the small port of Mascarat. From the hotel you can walk to the beach. Thanks to its idyllic location at the foot of the Altea hills, there are magnificent views of the southern slopes of the Sierra de Bernia and the azure Mediterranean Sea. Only a 5-minute drive away you reach the beautiful coastal town of Altea, with its famous white houses and blue domed church.
The hotel has 27 rooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, a large dining room for 60 people with an adjacent kitchen and a bar. There is also a swimming pool with terrace and indoor and outdoor areas where activities can be organised. The hotel has always had many guests and is still in business.
Cities such as Calpe and Benidorm are only a 15 minute drive away. In addition, the hotel has very easy and quick access to local roads and the motorway.
Mascarat is part of Altea and is close to all amenities with its marina of Campomanes, bars, restaurants where it is good to live with temperatures of 16 to 19 degrees in winter and 300 days of sunshine a year, then there are water sports, the nearest golf course which is Don Cayo and you are 5 minutes from the supermarket and the start of the AP 7 motorway and the main road N332, the city of Altea is 4 km away.
Altea, surrounded by mountains and nature, is without a doubt one of the most charming villages on the Costa Blanca. Located in the region of Alicante, it enjoys a privileged location and an excellent microclimate with temperatures of 16 to 20 C in winter and 300 days of sunshine per year.
Altea consists of a new and an old quarter. The old town stands on a hill from where you have a breathtaking view, especially in the evening when you look out over the illuminated city while enjoying a romantic dinner in one of the many cosy restaurants. The beautiful and spectacular blue-white tiled dome of the church stands proudly amongst the gleaming white houses of Altea's old town and has become an icon of the Costa Blanca.
